Alex Pletcher

Hello! I’m Alex—a set and costume designer, art director, and maker of cool things based in Portland, OR.

After learning the ropes as an LA film industry "six-to-sixer," crafting visuals for HBO, Sony Studios, 20th Century Fox, NBC/Universal, and Walt Disney Studios, I traded the backlot for the Pacific Northwest—where trees (and creative inspiration) abound.

Most recently, I wrapped production on the stop-motion animated adaptation of Wildwood, Colin Meloy’s NYT bestseller. Now, I’m on the hunt for my next great project!
